**Q: how can you access the video , can it watched over normal pc or you need special hardware**
A: The video can be accessed through an IP Video Phone, a SIP client softphone (from your mobile or PC). The IP Video Door Phone function is an endpoint device, it cannot be used as one piece system.                                                                              In order to function, the following devices are needed; IPPBX, soft phones or PC. The IP Video Phone, also will need an  IP Integrator, to set up the configuration. Once the phone is set up you will be able to  communicate, via voice and video, and the possibility to activate the relays for remote control and monitoring.

**Q: What's the difference between the Tenerio SDP-R25 and the Tenerio TR-25?**
A: SDP-R25 is an original design by the manufacturer (ODM), the TR-25 is the sku name for the Tenerio Brand.
