It is also very unstable on the stand and tends to lean. **Q: Is there a on/off switch near the top of the lamp aswell as at the bottom?** A: No, it has a switch on the lead which is more than likely on the floor, it’s a foot switch. I have a smart bulb in, so ask Alexa too turn the lamp off 😉 **Q: I purchased this lamp in chrome. The first three rods screwed together easily, but the curved last one had no means of fixing.
