The production is done by pressing through bronze nozzles. Masciarelli Fusilli: is inspired by the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa spiral staircase, perfect for Pasta Salads, and often served with red or creamy sauces. Masciarelli Spaghetti Bronze cut Artisan Italian pasta from Abruzzo, the gentle roughness from the bronze die lets this pasta cling tight to sauces of olive oil and garlic; chunky fresh tomatoes and basil or your favorite family recipe.
