Brilliant, comfortable, soft post op bra following breast cancer surgery.
I have just had double breast surgery for breast cancer, while I bought an M&S post op bra this bra was by far the most comfortable, soft and supportive. If you need a post op bra, definitely buy this bra. Sorry can’t post a picture.

Sturdy, beautiful
Very sturdy material in a double layer that keeps larger boobs firmly in place, though with a flattening rather than a shaping effect. Fine for me but may cause monoboob for some women. Front is cut low enough that you can wear slightly cleavage revealing tops (eg camisole top) without worrying about adjusting to keep edges hidden. The racerback style is great for women who really need the pull it gives to the outside of the boob, not having the issue of shoulder straps constantly pulling down, though the strap style occasionally makes you feel as though you have a lanyard around the back of your neck if you have particularly heavy boobs. There is a good level of stretch though the material and construction is sturdy: the first few wears it is difficult to get on, but it does stretch after that. There is a very wide, thick but soft elastic (3-4 cm) between the layers that doesn't roll on your ribcage and provides a good anchor and support to prevent movement upward through the day, but it isn't sewn in to the channel: occasionally you need to twist it back around before wear but it lays flat once you do. There are bust pads but THESE ARE REMOVABLE through the sides of the front panel. I have not washed and reinserted then so I have no notes on curl/ folding or ease of reinsertion, though the pockets are large. I had concerns that the very strong elastic in the bottom band would take ages to dry, and while it does take longer than the rest of the garment, it's still reasonably quick drying overall. The strappy back star shaped detail is very robust and makes the actual pictured shape even if you have an inconveniently non-fashionably shaped back. Nice to wear something that works like a sports bra without looking like a foundation garment.

Good comfortable post op bra
Ordered this as the one I was given following surgery (mummy makeover) wasn’t that great. It was when I was swollen a lot. Now it just slackens off and that’s the 40quid Malcom bras. I’m 2 weeks post op and have swelling intermittently and I feel it’s down to poor support. This one is good quality, feels secure and does what it’s intended to do. Support you post operatively with swelling. I’d buy another one over the one they gave me at the clinic any day. The only snag I have is that I could do with one more hook to make the straps that little bit tighter. There a little too lose but nothing major.

Post surgery bra
Arrived on time. Good quality post op bra that did a great job in keeping me supported whilst I healed. Comfortable and washed well. Fits well and looks attractive. I bought another. Recommended.

No support
So I’m post of from augmentation Really the sizing is way off so sending mine back Pros I like that the padding it did have just at the sides is really soft Cons I would have preferred full cup padding the same as the sides The fact the straps weren’t adjustable at all meant that I couldn’t do anything to make it comfortable The material is very very thin on the actual breast part and my nipples were super pokey in this It gave me no support and I felt like my implants were just sacks of weight balloons in them lol Bra made me feel unbelievably unattractive at my lowest point I cried because I thought my boobs were still too small because I ordered almost all sizes and realised it was not me It was the bra To the seller It needs adjustable straps If you’re removing padding from the bra then you need the material a bit thicker to hide nipples lol The cups were too big even when I was swollen but another company had the same bra pretty much but their medium fit me and I’m a dd cup breast Can you explain this?

Not true to size
I measure at a 32 band in bras but I went with a large to accommodate for my new DD cup size after my breast augmentation. My breast barely fit in the cup and look like they are spilling over, the back fits okay but the straps only three adjustments so are too loose. So the cup is too small and the straps are too big. Definitely not "true to size". I will say the material is soft, stretchy and comfortable and the fasteners are good quality and very sturdy. This would have been such a nice bra if it fit properly, very gutted

Good quality and comfortable
I bought this bra as have recently had a mastectomy with reconstructive surgery( one breast only ) and was told to buy a front fastening non wired supportive bra ,had purchased one from a well known department store and had bought 1 size above normal ( again as advised as would be swelling ) but on the day I had dressing off and we tried to put bra on it was too small ... so I had to find an alternative... saw this one which seemed a good choice as has front fastenings that are adjustable with three different sets of clasps and also featured adjustable wide straps . But I was still a little unsure on sizing so ordered a large and extra large ( although normally only 36b ) The the large is the better fit for me ... although I won't say perfect but that is down to fact that I have one swollen breast and one normal and maybe as the swelling subsides it will fit better 😉 But apart from that it seems good quality and value for money... and comfortable to wear 😊

Not supportive if you are post surgery
Not supportive at all, fit perfectly but didn’t hold the girlies up, I had it on the tightest strap and it’s too stretchy because it didn’t make much of a difference. Also it’s very low cut at the front, I’d buy a more supportive bra if you’re post recovery
