It's surprisingly comfortable for how well it works! It didn't roll up or down on me when I sat down and stood up, it definitely helps with that hourglass silhouette. It fit true to size and the velcro held it together really nicely. I was very impressed with the quality for the price!For reference, I'm 5'5, somewhere around 210lbs and carry most of the fluff in my midsection.

I waited a while to send this so that I could give a pretty decent review. So here ya go!I was actually instantly surprised at the products ability to relieve back pain and just give overall support. I'm a nurse and standing is my thing lol, so once it was on an the side straps tightened a bit, I felt very secure.now here's the thing, I never once thought about using this as a waist trainer or to flatten my stomach ! but hunny! .. has it done it all by itself inadvertently ! in a few weeks my waist is smaller and my shape is slightly more defined. I'm definitely not a curvy girl at all but this make it look like I could be! lol.Though I cannot wear this under tight fitting clothing as the Velcro straps are too thick for that, but under my uniform, its no problem at all. Id definitely buy more of these. Which I am soon as my partner after recent injures, needs the lumbar and abdominal support when walking.Thanks!!

Ordered 2xl Weight 240 Height 5, 2.5"This trainer is the 3rd product that I've ordered from this seller. And once again I'm pleasantly pleased. Initially, I was skeptical about ordering this particular type of waist trainer for fear of it "rolling" and/or not being wide enough (height-wise). It doesn't roll at all and the width is perfect! I have unpleasant rolls on my back that have caused previous trainers to roll down. The sizing chart is correct which is very nice. I feel it definitely gives some good back support and the additional side strap Velcro’s really help get it tight to work on that hourglass figure . Also the price can’t be beat for what you’re getting.I thought about giving it four stars because I wish the length was a little longer as you can see in one of the pictures I’m bulging out the top a little, mind you I have it on pretty tight but it looks weird when I put a shirt over the top. I definitely notice it with clothes on it makes my abdomen appear more bulky. I worked out yesterday with it tucked into my pants but then my pants kept falling town. Today I tried having it on the outside of my pants and that worked better for me. Also according to the measurements on the chart (30in the AM 31in PM) I should have bought a medium but I got a small and it fit just perfect. For reference I’m 5’3” about 150lbs but wear a size 28 or 6-8 pants small shirts.Overall decided on 5 stars because for the price it can’t be beat! Now I just hope I see results:)

When I received this item I was pleasantly surprised. It's a VERY comfortable fit, absolutely no itching. I can even wear it in my sleep. Definitely a q uality product. I will continue to buy 😊

My waist trainer fit as expected. Personally I know my size is Large and chose to buy the medium cause well that’s what I want to be. Perfectly it is shaping me and I can notice a difference the minute I put it on. The results obviously are more dramatic if I wear it longer. Very comfortable and people never notice it when I where it in public (under my clothes). It was exactly what I ordered, cane sooner than amazon said it would. The product Has Velcro on the first and second layer which it works perfectly to help give me an hour glass shape. It is easy to wash and I hang dry it; notably the belt is still in perfect condition. I am 100% satisfied!

I am very happy with the waist trainer! It fit just right and I can tell it’s making a big difference already after wearing for a few hours. The design is great because I can wear it under my workout clothes or pajamas without anyone knowing I have it on. The material is very comfortable and I’m getting significant more sweet production when wearing which makes me feel like I’m getting significantly more benefit than just working out alone. It also stays out so you don’t have to constantly tug or adjust... I’ve never had this one shift on me which is fantastic. Highly recommend this one!!

I bought this to assist me post lipo 360. I used the measurement chart and it fits, but I wish I sized up for that extra Velcro room and ease of use. It’s good quality, a little straight cut... so doesn’t curve to fit my waist as much as I would like, but i strap it together in a downward v shape and that helps if that makes sense.

I ordered a size up and it still felt uncomfortable not fitted right , the material was cheap and thin too , don't recommend
