how often does this hose get replaced on 2019 buick encore

I would change it every 50 to 60 thousand miles due to them being notorious for stopping up and causing the turbo to burn out.

I have an 2012 cruze 1.4l (rs model)..will this fit? when i put in my car's info, the site shows as "no". i'm like, how can that be?
