I have wondered for years why no one made Resveratrol from the skins of the muscadine grape - well finally someone has. As a holistic practitioner, I recommend Resveratrol quite often. The muscadine grape is powerful and the skin is quite evolved. No pesticides required to prevent bug infestation through the growing process. Also purple guardian is the purest I have found. Most Resveratrol supplements that use standard red grapes fill it with Japanese knotweed, which gives an annoying laxative effect. This is one supplement I do not go without! The benefits are to long to list! :)

I have good results with this. I take it for over all pain. Just want to note here that you have to take 2 capsules to get the 700 mg so the bottle only last half as long. But no complaints
