Van Bourgondien - Growers Of Dutch Bulbs 1951 Catalog

Last Fall I ordered four Alium Globemaster bulbs. One did not bloom this Spring. I contacted the company regarding this and was issued a credit. I recently sent in the credit with the request to issue me one new bulb. I received an email a few days later saying that in order to get my replacement bulb that I needed to pay an additional $22.80. When I called the company, I was told that they only sell wholesale and the bulbs came in a set of 5. My “free” replacement turned out to not be free.

Have gotten good products in the past, but this shipment took too long to get here, roots were dried out, plants were intertwined so roots broke when I separated them and the plants were not labeled.

Response to order and size of star flower bulbs.Ordered from 2 other sellers and K. Van Bourgondien delivered the largest ,most vigorous looking bulbs.

ordered several hundred plants and they were delivered after the ground had frozen . Had to break through an inch of frozen dirt to plant daylillies. That was yesterday. Tonight it's going down to 5 F. They need to get a more realistic delivery date to cold climes. Order # 7250155100
