How does the seller get around the price gouging during national emergency laws of some states, over $1.50 a can? even vending machines only charge $1

Definitely price gouging. You can get a 12 pack for the same price as a 12 pack of Pepsi at the Grocery store in NJ. That’s approximately $14 for shipping.
