Well, in short - it works! We were very sceptical at first, as we had a very poorly big fish: 10” long beautiful Koi, floating on his side in the outdoor pond, unable to right himself and some scales falling off, but then swimming off normally before we found him floating on his side again the next day. All other fish in the pond all okay - all still are to this day. Water tested, all levels normal. So we took him out and put him in a large separate tank (big plastic box!) - solitary confinement! Added a very large shot of this liquid - difficult to assess exactly the right dosage. Turned the water in the box very yellow! Kept him in it for about 24hours but he turned on his side. Still breathing but clearly a lack of oxygen. Thought it was his last day… but to give him his best chance that evening, we put him back in the main pond. He sank to the bottom, hardly moving. Morning came. He was swimming normally with all the other fish - no sign of any illness whatsoever, albeit a few scales roughed up - but otherwise he’s the right way up, swimming and eating like he always did. It was a kill or cure. But he made it! That was a few days ago and he’s still looking good. Emotional over a fish? Yes we are! Recommended product.

Delighted with this product. Within a few hours we saw improvement. 2 phantom tetras with swim bladder, unable to swim at all, so unwell we were contemplating euthanasia are now almost back to normal 24 hours after using treatment! Amazing!

It hasn’t cured my goldfish as yet but it’s early days. The fish is definitely healthier. It’s easy to use and doesn’t affect the other fish. The water is turned a bit yellow so will give a full tank clean when I’ve stopped using it. It’s a good price and was delivered quickly.

I've been keeping and breeding goldfish for over forty years and usually once their scales protrude and they get balance problems they can't be saved. However on this occasion I thought I'd try this acroflavine based treaent from a much trusted brand. I can't believe that after a week my oranda was showing increased activity and flattening of his scales. After a second dose he had regained his balance and was much happier. I recommend raising the temperature during treatment. If you are trawling reviews, please remember that often it's too late to save a sick fish by the time you notice symptoms, wait for delivery and begin treatment. I'll be keeping a bottle of this hand from now on.

It's the genuine article so works as expected. Good to keep handy for fancy goldfish

Had a platy that was just slightly swimming with more difficulty, barely noticeable. Decided to buy this to help as did not see much change after 2 days. Used the treatment, fish seemed a bit worse the next day, then got better, on the 3rd day was completely sunken on one side, not able to move. Had to euthanise. Also first day of treatment 2 corys died, then next day another 3 , then more. I had 6 panda corys and 4 pepper corys, now only one panda is still alive from all, on the 5th day after treatment. Probably will die too soon. I have tried to change water when I’ve seen how it kills fish, but was too late. Very bad choice to use this solution for me.

This product worked absolute wonders. So happy to see our little fish all healthy again after having to fight not to be floating to the top constantly. It worked after one day. I rarely ever write a review but in this case I am so grateful for what this treatment did for us that I wanted to share.

Received the medicine before time,yellow color, can be added to main tank as it doesnot affect canister filter bacteria, let's see how fish recover

My fish died on Next Day of using this medicine. Before it was better atleast. Disappointed.
