Mattel Boys' Hotwheels Backpack, Black, 16" X 12" X 5"

5 year old loved it. However, construction and quality is poor. Shoulder straps don't stay tight and need constant adjusting. Threads pulling out in numerous spots. Zipper jams. Both mesh pouches on either side have ripped and blown out. Child lost his water bottle because mesh broke causing it to fall out somewhere. Not impressed. This book bag is only couple months old and is used by a kindergartener so it isn't used hard.

My son loves hot wheels, so he jumped with joy when I surprised him with this backpack. I just wish it would of lasted longer. I've already had to sew one shoulder strap back in place and he hasn't even made it through the first half of the year. I'll be taking him to pick out another backpack soon.

After 2 months, one of the straps slowly started coming unstitched at the seam. Definitely not durable.

Its hard to tell about the durability & sturdiness since he's only had it for less than a month. & He's almost 5. But so far so good. He loves it!

My 5 year old son was very happy and excited when his book bag came in the mail yesterday. He is starting kindergarten soon and he is excited to carry his new book bag around. He also loves the fact that there are different components and also the clear plastic pouches inside of the smaller zippered area in the front, because he can put a few of his hot wheels cars inside of them 😊This book bag was made very well, and it is durable. I'm glad I purchased it. WalMart had one for a $1 less than this one but it looked cheesy and poorly made. And also the zippers kept stripping. I haven't had that problem with the one we ordered from here! 😊 I also ordered my son the hot wheels lunch bag (which was an "add on" to the book bag) and he loved that too. The book bag comes with a toy hot wheels car, and the lunch bag has a hot wheels car key chain. Pretty cool!!!😊

This bag looks great and is a good size. The car is a nice added bonus. My son loves it, though I am worried on the overall durability of the bag. The zipper seems a bit weak.

Love it. My SK loves hot wheels so when he sees his new backpack he was thrilled. Great quality and how it also comes with one hot wheel car is a bonus for the little guy.
