D3 activates the calcium present in the body and k2 directs to the bones Not surprisingly ,I've noticed my joint pain reducing since the second week and now in January 2020 there's no more pain. My arterial calcification has also stabilized. Everyone needs to take around 180mcg k2 per day and these tablets reach quite near to that figure. I would like to recommend these k2 tablets along with D3 softgels for optimizing calcium absorption and also to make sure that calcium is deposited in the bones and teeth, rather than arteries or other soft tissues in the body like kidneys. Have D3 in the morning and k2 in the evening, don't have them together since both are absorbed using the same channels and therefore might compete with each other, thus reducing absorption.
