MTR Instant Mix Dosa (Pan Cake Mix) - 7.04oz

For someone who is not an expert in cooking, this was very easy to make. I had been craving dosa for a while now.Tips for 1st time users that helped me - use a non stick pan. Spread the batter thinly and make smaller size to get used to the process. It took me a couple of tries to get it right. Dont put too much butter, in fact on my non stick i barely needed it!To mix the batter, i used my blender on whip setting that makes it light and airy.

This is not as good as freshly made dosa batter but it’s not bad.The dosa are more crispy if you add the amount of water according to directions on the pack. if you make the batter thick and cut down the amount of water the dosa is like set dosa.

Restaurant quality Dosa without the time and mess. Perfect texture, and great flavor!

For who live outside of India, buy it from Indian grocery stores cheaper there I made a mistake of buying it online from Amazon.

I liked this. Looking for a different type of breakfast food!!!
