This "Utility Cart" is anything but! Save yourself the headache (and the wasted money) and steer clear of this disaster on wheels. From the moment I opened the box, it was a downhill spiral. Firstly, the assembly was a nightmare. The instructions are vague and incomplete, and I ended up needing pliers (which, naturally, weren't included) just to try and force some of the pieces together. After an hour of struggling, I finally had what resembled a cart, but the fragility was immediately apparent. The front wheels are pathetically small and feel like they're made from the cheapest plastic imaginable. The back wheels, with their overly complicated assembly involving a multitude of tiny parts, felt equally flimsy. And that's where the real fun began... or rather, ended. The pin holding one of the wheels in place is clearly inadequate. On its maiden voyage to the grocery store (with a disappointingly small amount of groceries, I might add - this thing holds less than I expected!), the wheel completely detached itself, sending my precious cargo tumbling. And as if the structural issues weren't enough, even storing this rickety contraption is a chore. Because the wheels are constantly rolling forward, it refuses to stay put! This DMI Utility Cart is a complete disappointment. It's poorly designed, frustrating to assemble, structurally unsound, and holds very little. I deeply regret this purchase and strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere. One star is far too generous.

I got this to help moving parcels as I use a cane. Easy to assemble, even though the instructions were poor. The illustrations of the axle assemblies are small and unclear. I'm used to working with mechanical devices, so it wasn't too hard to figure out. Some reviewers have complained about the use of the spring pins and split or cotter pins. If you're not familiar with this type of hardware, you may want to enlist a friend to help. The so-called "friction caps" for the larger (rear) wheels are worthless and make inserting the small cotter pins more difficult. The function of these caps seems to be to cover the sharp ends of the cotter pins. It's much easier to bend the ends of the pins over to retain the wheels. Then cut the long ends of the pins off with a heavy-duty wire cutter and bend the remaining ends flat on the washer. The flat washer will prevent the ends from catching on carpeting or clothing. I discarded the friction caps. Extra pins and springs were included, just in case... Includes a plastic clip that is supposed to keep the cart folded when not in use. It's useless and falls of.. I will remove it and replace with a couple of small spring hooks, similar to those used on a leash. Small carabiners should work fine as well, but this is what I had in stock. This is a light-duty cart. I will use it when a standard grocery cart is not available. Required tools: good pair of needle nose pliers, larger pliers for bending cotter pins, good wire cutters. Recommended, if you don't mind the assembly problem.

Bought these for the dog shelter I volunteer at. We use them to transport, clean bedding from the laundry room to the dogs cages.. they're fantastic! They were easy to put together, they fold up really small, they roll really well and they hold a lot! They're not too tall or too short and they're really sturdy!! will definitely be buying these again.!

I really like the light weight feel of this cart and how easy it is to roll. However, I'm giving it a 3 because for 1. The instructions were not easy to follow and I had to figure it out myself. 2. One of the wheels fell off 3 blocks away from my apartment and the 2nd wheel fell off 1 block from my apartment. I had to attempt to keep the wheels on until I got home. It was so frustrating! And then I had to separately bring my grocery bags up 3 flights of stairs because the wheels would not stay going up. The problem is the pin they provide to hold the wheels on easily came off both. Then need to provide something to secure the wheels better. Thankfully, I was able to find some nails to replace the pins and then had to bend the nail so it won't fall out. It will work, but the company again needs to provide better securing.

I wanted use this cart before I added a review, Well, I can report after I've used it, it's great! I use it 5 days out of the week, carrying things like laundry, food, drinks, to my husband who's currently in a nursing home. It has saved my back and shoulders!! ❤️
