Authentic Taiwanese brand with no artificial sweetener!
Bossen is a well-known Taiwanese brand, and Taiwan is the birthplace of bubble tea. This brand offers 3 versions of taro powder, and no artificial sweeteners! Love!!

Love it!
I love this brand! I was hesitant to try it but I’m glad I did. It’s not overly sweet and it’s a rich flavor. It is thick and a lil starchy so you have to really give it a good mix with hot water to completely dissolve. I’ve been using it for iced taro milk lattes.

Real Taro Mix
As an individual trying to save a bit on boba (in a place where it's scarce), this was a godsend. Great flavor from straight out of the milk tea boba shop. Just make sure to prepare it properly (I like iced) and you're good!

This doesn’t taste like taro at all 🤷🏽♀️ (peep my comment for flavour description)
I should have known when I seen the 3.9 star rating towards the over all product line that the taro wouldn't taste like taro…and it doesn’t, like at all😩😮💨🥹…it tastes like stale vanilla and dairy creamer with a teeny hint of taro… it’s very heavy almost like it was made for flavouring ice cream… it should be light and refreshing like authentic taro boba tea, and this just isn’t….. I was pretty taken aback when I first tried the product because of the positive reviews I read about the taro flavour… but I’m thinking maybe those with positive comments have never tasted authentic taro tea 🤷🏽♀️… I paid 20$ for this product and wanted a refund or to at least work something out with company …but there are no refunds for this product, which is totally ok, but the number the company has listed to “make things right” isn’t even a working number 🙈💔… thankfully, Amazon was able to provide excellent customer service for this product and give me a full refund! TLDR?; Doesn’t taste like taro, very heavy creamer like powder with a strong stale vanilla flavour… But Amazons excellent customer service provided a full refund after the company failed to make things right! My rating? -10 out of 10 do not recommend if you’re looking for an authentic taro tea flavour/experience And just FYI: Any time you’re purchasing drink powders/teas from Amazon , make sure the product has at least 4.2 or 4.3 stars no matter how many comments it’s has… I’ve noticed that anything under 4.2 stars is usually disappointing, gross, or just not as described 😬👍🏽

YES
I 100% approve. It tastes super good. The flavor is practically identical to the Boba place near where I live. I really like how cheap it is for a big bag and I highly recommend the Taro. I put a lot of the powder into some warm water. (around 1 cup) I added some milk in another cup with ice and mixed in the dissolved powder. I put a sugar packet in there. I probably wouldn't recommend putting basic sugar in there. It was really sweet and it kind of tasted like oreo cookie ice cream. To make it less less sweet, just don't put any sugar in it and you could probably put more milk. :)

So-so
Average quality. Flavor is very mild, I don’t think I would repurchase.

Just like going at the bubble shops
What did I like? It exactly what I was looking for. It taste just like the drinks I buy from the bubble shop. I just boil some water to easily dissolve it and add 2-3 spoonfuls is enough for one glass. I do half hot water and the rest cold gallon milk. (Note it don’t mix well in milk so before adding the milk I recommend to mix in hot water) I add an additional 2 spoons of sugar and of course the boba. My siblings and I enjoy this drinks it our fav one ! It is a bit expensive but it a big pack that last .

Delicious
Made Taro Slush with this product. Very happy, exactly what I was expecting. Usually pay 5-7 dollars for one in store.

Doesn't taste like Taro you get at Bubble Tea cafes
My sister loves making bubble tea at home and wanted to recreate her favourite drink since all of the bubble tea shops have closed due to the virus. She has been searching for a taro powder that tastes like the ones you order from cafes but was disappointed when receiving this one. The flavour is weak, and in addition to it being pricey, you have to use a lot for each drink and even then it doesn't really resemble the same taro taste. Overall disappointed and won't be repurchasing.

Mon opinion
