I fell in love with John Abate MelaPlus 25 years ago and was ecstatic when I realized recently that it was still in production. However, the original was a much thinner, silky lotion that went on easily and was immediately absorbed into your skin. I used it sometimes twice a day, religiously. The new version may well produce the same results but I can’t seem to get past the thickness of it. I ordered 3 bottles so I will use it but I give it 3 stars simply because of how it compares to the original.

Melanin post moisturizer. Absorbs clean.
