I had struggled with waxing strips that are pre waxed for my sons growing "beard" that never worked, left residual wax behind and hairs.....NOT THIS!!! I am tired of having to go somewhere whenever I need my face waxed! This was a good price and because I understand how to use wax, I am able to handle it without a huge mess. It heats up nice, I like the temperature adjustment and the wax peels off very well. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is it doesn’t get all my hairs, but neither did the place I would get my wax.

first off, id like to say that if you’re a beginner, this kit will do what you need it to. the melting pot and accessories are efficient, easy, and have no faults. this kit is a decent deal - while other wax warmers ALONE are $20, you get a bunch of wax beads, sticks, etc in this kit for $25. the wax, however, is a big issue. i live somewhere that’s especially hot with a faulty A/C, meaning sweat is unavoidable. even following all the tips and directions AND with a fan pointing my way, this wax struggles to pull off hair and leaves me patchy, meaning i have to wax the same area multiple times and use way more wax than i should. the warmer is good and you can keep it for future use so you don’t have to get a new one, but wax bead refills from this brand are at least $16-20 each. at a fraction of the cost (~$9), you can get other wax beads that are much more affordable AND work like a dream. the kit is a great deal but i would never buy wax beads from this brand - there are better alternatives. tldr: the kit is good for beginners because it comes with wax when other warmers alone are $20, but buy cheaper wax from a brand like ajoura when you need new beads. it will work much better and you’ll save money + waste less

I use this kit for home waxing on my chin and underarms and it works really well. The wax heats evenly, is easy to use, and cleans up without much hassle. It also doesn’t take up much counter space, which I really appreciate. Great option for doing waxing at home instead of salon visits.

Dear Kotamu and Amazon KSA, When you wish to sell an electric product, the voltage and adapter of said product should not be secondary in terms of priorities. I was waiting for the machine only to be faced by this: The power adapter is made for the US and same for the 120 voltage of the machine (not mentioned in the description too!) while Saudi Arabia outputs support 240 V. Diagraceful!

Works perfectly well. FYI, With one 100g packet of the wax beads I was able to wax my legs from foot to knee, underarms, upper lip and side burns. Does not bruise and effectively removes unwanted hair.

If you’re a beginner like me, don’t buy these beads. They take forever to dry and stick on everything, and leave such a messy residue even if the strip comes off in one piece. Even soap and water isn’t gonna get all of the tiny residue out.. But the heater is really good, love the silicone bowl as well.

I was really pleased with how this wax warmer was working, and the wax was great too. However sadly the machine turned itself off and stopped working only 20 minutes of first use. I don’t know whether mine is faulty or what happened, but any advice would be greatly appreciated..

i love the wax warmer in this kit and the silicone insert that it comes with, makes for easy wax removal so you don’t have to spend time cleaning it out. on the other hand, the wax beads that come with this kit didn’t do too well for me. i would recommend buying the wax melter and different brand beads for best outcome!
