Arrived on time. It was advertised as having slight damage; this was easily fixed. The savings were worth it, and I would order again.

These trays are very helpful in organizing bills and other types of mail. Each tray can be inserted on top of another tray so you can stack them in shorter or taller groups. They look nice and are sturdy. They will last a long time.

I have used a lot of letter trays from many vendors, as I find them to be quite versatile in organizing my work. But these office trays are the worst I have ever puchased. They are poorly designed, and thus support less weight. They are made of cheap, breakable plastic and will not last long. In fact I had breakage in the first hour I tried to put them into a planned use. Contrast this result with trays I have that have given decades of service. Do not buy this product.

Great price. Love these trays for the office! Packaging or Amazon workers need to be a bit more careful. Received 3 great trays and 3 with pieces broken, including the availability to stack them. I made it work, though. Other than shipping/package issues.... love finding these specific trays for a good deal!

I like that it’s just simply a basket system. That stacks. So I can have more surface space on my desk. I don’t like that it was cracked obviously and whoever packed it put to well packed boxes within a larger box so it was basically like dice inside of the big box and that is likely why it was cracked and got broken. The packaging within to secure those two boxes within the large box was not enough at all. It is lightweight and flimsy but it does the job. It does not hold anything longer than a standard 8 1/2 x 11 by many millimeters. My clipboard would not sit flat. Overall I’m happy with it because it solve my problem to give myself more desk surface space and organize the many hats that I wear .

Weird that these are so hard to find in local stores, but they're not. Very useful, we have them in several rooms and probably need more. Trying to teach middle school daughter how to stay a bit more organized, and these help. Very versatile and price is good.

Shelves arrived broken, cracked, and chipped. Item is made of made of thin, very brittle plastic which is poorly packaged (no padding between shelves, box had no damage - like a box full of plates made of china, shake box = plates broken / box looks fine). Shelves are very flimsy and do not lock together when you stack them, leaving stacked shelves unsecure and easy to topple over. Overall poor design, quality, and packaging.
