There isn’t a mineral supplement that offers a perfect combination and form as this product and without any junk and fillers. Reputed company as well. Note: Minerals when taken on empty stomach WILL upset or cause cramps or pain. If it doesn’t do that, either you have a stomach of steel or it’s not a good mineral quality. So please take with a light meal.

This is a great mineral supplement, but you must heed the warning on the label to take with food. Doing otherwise may cause stomach upset. Take with a full meal, not just a snack, and with plenty of water. Twice this supplement has made me throw up, but it has been times when taken with a light meal or not enough water. However, when taken as directed, it does make me feel better, so I will continue to purchase.

Good stuff needed it for a temporary imbalance. Worked well!

Gives me an upset stomach, but I’m sure that I will get used to it. Probably the zinc in it. That’s my problem. Otherwise I like it.

This made me nauseous the 1st 2 days a couple hours after I took it with my lunch. The 3rd day I threw up my entire lunch. It's been many years since that's happened to me, and I still feel sick to my stomach 3 hours later. This is the only change in my suppement regimen or my diet, so I'm as sure as I can be that this is the culprit. Unfortunately it isn't returnable, so I not only ruined my day, I also wasted my money.

This supplement brand comes highly recommended from a functional medical Dr. I use it year-round for immune support.
