Regulate periods
Periods went out of sync due to coming off contraception and having fibroids. Yoni steaming really helped to regulate things again after months of sometimes missing, delayed and elongated periods.

Tolle Mischung
Aus Zufall habe ich etwas über YoniSteam gehört und musste es dann testen. Sehr angenehm und wohltuend. Ich wünschte, ich hätte früher davon gehört. Die Kräutermischung ist gut verpackt und hochwertig. Sehr tolle und schöne Mischung. Bin sehr zufrieden.

vaginal steaming use to boost fertility
So I am a newbie to yoni steaming or vaginal steaming. It seems that similar steaming is used in many cultures but well... I was simply unaware of it. I will be updating this review in due course but first impressions of steaming are positive. It is nice and warm and smells great. I think the packaging will be enough for +-2 months of random steaming, aka 10-12 times (ie. 3 times per fortnight) , maybe more ? (I will see that and add to my review) I bought it to boost fertility a bit (together with castor oil packs etc) . Is pretty inexpensive way to do; so you will need a stainless steel container ( or basically any stainless steel salad bowl, I bought again on amazon a set of 'Rosle Stainless Steel Bowls, Set of 3'). Better use a stainless steel than plastic one for sure. And a wooden stool with a hole. My husband will make one because again the wood or the stool has to be 'untreated' of chemical colours etc. If you don't have the stool , squatting may be a little uncomfortable if you want to steam for more than 30 minutes. You can still do it though (that is how I tried for 1st time). But certainly you will be more motivated to sit on a stool for all this time. best of luck in helping your body!
