Rocky Mountain Oils Migraine Support Essential Oil Blend with Essential Oils - Aromatherapy Oils for Diffuser and Topical - Headache and Migraine Relief - 15ml

Been ordering this product for awhile. Tried different essential oils for my migraine, and this one by far works the best for me.

This is my first line of defense when I get a migraine (which is quite frequently). It will usually take care of it with no medication. At a minimum it will get me through till I can lie down and take meds that are going to make me groggy. It is the best migraine oil out there for me and I have tried most.

10 minutes into diffusing this, you will feel your muscles relax and you will feel calm and relaxed. Ive had chronic migraines for about 5 years and this is definitely soothing. Does not get rid of the migraine but absolutely makes it more bareable. I don’t recommend diffusing this while you’re working or studying because you will want to go to sleep lol. But yes highly recommend trying at least once :)

I had a migraine coming on so instead of running for pain medication I used the oil and went to bed. Surprising me, I woke up with no headache. Could be coincidence, and next time I will try it again, but thankfully it seemed to work as it said it would.

The other morning I woke up with a headache, so I put a few drops of this oil in my diffuser and breathed it in while I was packing my kids' lunches before school. I then went back to bed and closed my eyes for 10 minutes. When I got back up, my headache was gone and I could go about my day as planned. Since then, I have also applied this oil topically to my forehead (without a carrier oil, even though I know you're not supposed to do that), and it partially alleviated my headache; while it didn't go away completely, the cooling sensation and minty scent did make it more bearable. I generally try to avoid taking Tylenol or other pain killers, so I am glad that I now have an alternative treatment plan for when I get the occasional headache (usually due to lack of sleep!)

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Migraine Support essential oil blend from Rocky Mountain Oils. I have suffered from migraines for the last several years that are often times debilitating. I take a migraine preventative and I also have a prescription for a migraine rescue medicine. Neither of which are that effective. In a desperate attempt to get some relief, I tried this essential oil blend. As soon as I feel a headache coming on, I apply the blend topically behind my ears (massaging for a minutes or two) and on my wrists. I have been getting immediate relief with this method. The essential oil blend doesn't always completely relieve the headache, but it definitely decreases the pain immensely and allows me to go on with my day. It makes me feel like I can live a normal life in spite of my almost daily headaches. That right there, makes this blend worth it's weight in gold. Give it a try. If you are anything like me, you won't be sorry!

The name of the oil tells you everything. It's called Migraine RELIEF not Migraine CURE. This is simply a good oil to use to help relieve a little of the pain when you have a headache. I would equate it to using Icy Hot when you have a sore muscle. The oil begins to cool on the skin making it feel like you have an ice pack put on those regions. Does it get rid of a headache. For me, absolutely not. Is it a good tool to have when you have a headache, yes!I bought this thinking it would be a CURE and help me from taking prescription Migraine medicine. It is not. However, I will continue to use it to ease the pain and cool my head, back of neck and temples when a headache strikes.

Yes, this does have an odor. I smell mostly peppermint. I put on my head and neck where the head hurts and lay down till it eases. I would recommend.
