I have not been a big Celine Dion fan, but I watched her sing the title song, "Miracle" on a tv show. I bought my original CD from a local store after watching the performance. The songs are absolutely wonderful! My personal favorites are Miracle, Come To Me, and If I Could, but all of the songs are great. I bought this CD as a gift to my niece, who is pregnant with her second child. She loves these songs, as well. I used the music to put together a slideshow of pictures of my children growing up. These are songs from a mother to her child (or about her child), and describe the unconditional love of a mother. I highly recommend it if you are looking for this type of music.

This is such a beautiful collection of songs...each just show casing Celine's incredible talent. Her voice goes from being so beautifully soft and warm to certain portions where you obviously know the power of Celine's voice ( without waking up baby!) starting with the amazing title track, just about every other song brings tears to your eyes.My lil' one always falls asleep as I received the mp3 version to play on my phone via Amazon cloud along with the purchase of the CD ( which I've kept in the car).The only negative I can say- the music is so soothing that it will make parents want to leave the piles of chores and nap along with baby to this beautiful album.

I think Celine did an excellent job on this album. It's an album that I've played for my newborn son and it calms him down and sometimes, he'll go right to sleep. I would definitely recommend this album to mommies to play for their children and eventually pass down to them when they're old enough. This album is a keepsake. Beautiful boy is a great song. Miracle, If I could and Brahms Lullaby are some other favorites. But honestly, all the songs on this album are nice and easy listening. Anne Geddes and Celine Dion should be commended for their work on Miracle.

I have listened to this cd straight through dozens of times and can not get enough. It was a very smart purchase as the songs have lifted my spirits through my difficult pregnancy. I plan to listen to this CD in the hospital as well, and it'll be played for my baby boy. Tracks 1 (Miracle) & 12 (Beautiful Boy) are my favorites and evoke so much emotion that I quickly find myself in tears--in a good way! Celine's voice is as exceptional as always and I would highly recommend this CD for anyone, regardless of their place in life. It's soothing, uplifting, and a pleasure to listen to!

This is so bizarre. I first discovered it in the waiting room of my hospital's maternity floor. I have to say it made me chuckle, even while in labor. I don't know who buys this for real, but it makes a great gag gift. There are the typical Anne Geddes flower babies, but this time a "reflective" and CREEPY Celine Dion is mixed in. The most alarming visuals are where the babies are crammed in to pantyhose and suspended above the singer. Other costuming includes dressing the babies and Celine up in matching vegetable attire. I have no idea why Celine is posing like this with other people's babies, but it is entertaining. We got a great laugh out of the babies coming out flowers that look very much like female genitalia, and an even bigger laugh out of Celine's facial expressions and poses. I've questioned her taste before, and this reaffirmed my suspicions about her having none. I'd definitely recommend it for a "white elephant" shower gift, I can't imagine wanting it under any other circumstances.

This is the second copy of this CD that I have purchased. The first was for me. I have a 1 year old and have been rocking him to sleep with this album on in the background since he was born. When we start rocking at night he's usually asleep before the second track ends. I think he recgonizes the songs and associates it with bedtime. The second copy is for my best friend who just had her own bundle of joy. This album never gets "loud" which is great since babies can startle so easily. Celine has a great voice and these songs are sweet and memorable.

Album d'une telle douceur... Mes enfants sont des jumeaux... Leurs premiers mois je leur mettait ces chansons pour dormir... Et depuis quelques mois, ils ressentent le besoin de l'écouter et c'est radicale, dodo.Mathilde adore la jolie dame avec le bébé comme elle dit 😜
