I bought these updated ones because the manual for studying is also in color so you know exactly what the arrow is pointing at, unlike when the work books were black and white.

Anyone studying Massage in any capacity, school, home, etc, needs this in their life. The text book, workbook, AND the flash cards. I had the 4th ed in school years ago and still bought this one (the whole set) for updated reference.

Great book
This book is really informative. Not only does it include work pages to test to your knowledge but provides you with the answer. This book also came with an online code to study and review. I like the online references because it relates your study of practice to the particular subject. Also the palpation are there for some of the muscles.
