Great book to use when teaching non-fiction.

This adorable book is about Tara a baby tiger who is born on a wilderness park and starts when Tara is days old. Tara gets to stay with Mary who feeds her,teaches her how to play and introduces her to meat which she has no interest in at that time. As Tara grows we get to see her go through her 1st exam... Tara is not happy at all! Next as Tara grows she makes a new human friend who introduces Tara to grass and being a tiger. The book ends when Tara is 1 year old and is introduces into a tiger enclosure.This book has very nice photos and is a cute story for early readers.
