In order from easiest to hardest, it's:1. Yellow2. Red3. Green4. Blue5. BlackKeep a set of these at your desk and one in your car.Yellow is easy. Want to progress? Simple. Adopt a light-light-heavy program. On day 1, do 20-75 repetitions for 3 sets. ex. 30 reps in about 30 seconds and then switch hands and repeat. Do for three sets. Then, do a set of 30 for each thumb-finger combination, switching hands after each set. ex. rt thumb and right forefinger, then repeat on left hand. Do for all fingers. Do a light day, rest a day, then do another light day, rest a day, and on the third day, do the same thing, only instead of 1 rep per second, slow it down to 1 second to open the hand, and then slowly take off tension over a period of 3-4 seconds.When you can do 3 sets of 75, along with thumb-to-finger sets of 75 with the band across the nail, then move up to the next band.Protip: If you can do it with the band placed atop your nails, MOVE IT DOWN TO THE FIRST KNUCKLE. Find a spot where you can do it and then work your way (over a few weeks or months) all the way up to having the band at the edges of fingers (across the nails). ### ⭐⭐⭐ Meh? *by J***A on July 31, 2018* I bought these to continue my hand PT at home for CMC thumb surgery. I can barely use the weakest band (yellow). My husband, who has extremely strong hands and fingers, can barely use the stronger bands. I think all of the bands need to be make weaker. I doubt I will ever progress past the yellow band. Thank goodness they weren't expensive. I thought they'd be better than the rubber band my physical therapist originally suggested. Oh well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These bands work great for me. I have only had them a few days but already feel better. *by B***A on August 17, 2018* I just got these on a recommendation for muscle tightness. This helps me to work out the strain from using the computer all day at work in both mousing and keyboarding. I just got theses bands and like them. The stretching is making a difference. I do 3 minutes per hand each hour.
