Computer Controlled Acoustic Instruments pt2 EP

Played this continuously on a 2 hour drive from Bradford last night. Whenever I put this on, I play it maybe 20 or more times over, much better than Syro. This is one of his best releases. Only when I thought about it did i realise its all percussion (if you count the piano as a percussion instrument, which is is I suppose). Worth a punt if you're an Apex Twin fan. :-)

odd, atmospheric, ambient... yet utterly insane and easily one of RDJ's more 'experimental' EPs. A great addition to any aphex twin fan's collection and i thoroughly enjoy every listen-through of this EP. I see a lot of negative criticism towards this EP, but any aphex twin fan should check it out. probably not interesting to anyone other than already established aphex twin fans

I am giving it 3 stars because the picture of the vinyl on the page is different from the actual product you get. Although, the record is the same, the cover is different, which I found misleading. Otherwise, great record and I enjoyed listening to it.

Really interesting EP - I'm playing the hell out of it.. Says 33 or 45 on the label, but 33 definitely my speed. :)Real acoustic instruments, but totally unequivocal Aphex Twin.. Trust me I'd be surprised if you can imagine what this is like until it's played.

the music is so so, nothing special, I have been expecting something better.

As always experimental sounds from Mr James gets better every time you listen to it... go get it

It's so immediately obvious who made this, and you either love it or hate it - I'm in the former category.
