I use this for my baby to prevent breakage as she toss and turns on the sheets. I also use it to keep her coconut oil from getting everywhere and it helps keep her hair moistures longer. It fits really well, I just make sure to pull it above her ears because when my bonnet is on my ears it can cause a dent a hurt a little so I try to prevent that for her. My baby is now 5 months but I have been using it since she first turned 4 months and even then it was still a prefect fit.
