The green one which is more elastic is probably good for beginners or someone looking to do light, easy stretching. The black which is the highest resistance is one that you'll need to work up to. I myself will probably start with the 2nd or middle band. The material is great and it comes with some exersices you can try when using the bands. Nice little guideline to follow. I also like that this comes with a small bag to store the bands. The only thing I don't like is the length. I can stretch it maybe arm length, was hoping they'd be a little longer so I could step on it and stretch my arms. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use! *by L***Y on January 28, 2019* I got into resistance bands when I was in rehab for a broken elbow. I wasn't happy with the tubing that they used but the resistance part was what I needed. When I saw these bands, I was thrilled! I've been using these along with the yoga mat I bought and I am more than happy with them. They came with a nice little carry bag and have 5 different levels of resistance. They also came with instructions on how to use them with different exercises which I really appreciated. I'm planning on taking a yoga class at the local YMCA and these will definitely go with me!
