Rigid Hitch Class 3 Trailer Hitch (R3-0120) Fits 2008-2016 Chrysler Town & Country, 2008-2019 Dodge Grand Caravan, 2009-2012 Volkswagen Routan, 2012-2016 C/V Tradesman.

I purchased this trailer hitch for my 2019 Dodge Caravan primarily for my bicycle rack. It fit perfectly. It is very well built and is a great hitch. The only issue I had was once installed, the muffler rubbed the hitch which was extremely annoying. I was able to fix this issue by installing two flat washers under the muffler support bracket allowing it to swivel enough to pull the muffler away from the hitch.

Fit well easy to install After buttoning up the exhaust the muffler is resting on itI'm going to try and slide it to the driver's side and see if that helps...if not I will have to take it to a shop and have them move exhaust over

Easy install took me an hour by myself.

I had Uhaul install the hitch. It could be installed by a person with decent mechanical skills - only a few bolts to remove on the van and replace with the hitch in position. But the thing is heavy, I am old and it was easier to let someone else do the install - I also needed the electrical wiring added which was the larger reason for having Uhaul do the installation.Hard to package this thing - it was therefore a pain to remove the packaging. I could have left that for Uhaul but was worried that the price for install might go up a few bucks.Overall - a very good purchase and experience. Will update in a decade with how well it was constructed and how well it weathers :)

Having installed numerous hitches on various vehicles, this was by far the easiest I have ever done. The construction is top quality, it's made in America, and was delivered incredibly quick. Couldn't ask for more

Unlike other brands, this is will not require trimming or pushing the bumper. And it is low profile still. Great design and heavy duty. Fits perfectly on 2016 Chrysler Town and Country. Packaging was good enough to bring it home with minimal handling marks.

A trailer hitch arrived damaged. It is too heavy and bulky for me to even try and return. I contacted the factory and they never even had the courtesy to reply. I gave all one star because it isn't sturdy if it can be severely bent in shipment. The rest are self-explanatory and multiplied by a lack of customer service.

If you've read the other hitches reviews then this is pretty much the same, lines up great and doesn't need a bumper trim. The back two small bolts on your vehicle might be rusted, mine were and I broke one off so I had to drill it out, be careful.
