**Q: Why does it have a no oil warning on it? Does this mean I can’t use essential oils?**
A: You can not use essential oils with this device.

**Q: Does this heat up as a warm humidifier also?**
A: No it does not heat up. But if you wanted it warm, I suppose you could put warm water in it.

**Q: Red light is on when connected to power and water is full but no mist is coming out, anyone know why?**
A: Yep same issue I sent it back.

**Q: How long does the battery take to charge on 1st use as mine has been charging for 6 hours and will only work if its plugged in to the computer**
A: Its not battery operated. You have to have the power connected to use it. Find yourself a plug to connect the usb lead and run it from a socket instead of your computer. You get about 15-20 hours of use filled to the top. 

More info: if you hold the power button the lamp feature will turn on / hold it again it will put the lamp in breathing mode (slow on and off). Hope this helps
