For the price point these FAR exceeded my expectations. They look well made and durable and do not roll up or move during intense workouts like the rubber resistance bands. Also, it came with a nice little exercise booklet that is good for beginners and I even did a few of the exercises on there and the burn in my booty was so good, so these are perfect for getting those glutes activated.
