Vibrant true amber, red, and white bulbs. I have only had one defect so I would say that their quality control is pretty good overall. One defect out of 5 or 6 sets of 2 bulbs. The bulbs are pretty water resistant too, I put that to the test leaving a bulb out in the rain one time unintentionally.
