this milk powder is rich and creamy and is good in coffee,tea, for cooking and baking plus as a made up drink as cold liquid full cream milk. it keeps a long time and i decant it into a small lidded pot for instant hot drinks. This product is truly a revelation. It is so versatile. I use it in recipes and as a main ingredient in many gluten free recipes. A tea spoon added to my coffee alongside normal whole milk gives it a nice creamy texture and flavour. My 2025 superstar buy!
