If you're looking for a dependable fluorocarbon that won't break the bank, this is a great option. ✅ Invisible Underwater – True to its name, this line really does “vanish” in the water. It's perfect for clear water conditions when fish are being picky. I've definitely noticed more strikes compared to using mono. ✅ Good Abrasion Resistance – I've dragged this line across rocks, wood, and thick vegetation, and it holds up better than expected. It's not indestructible, but it performs well for the cost. ✅ Works Well as Leader or Main Line – I mainly use it as leader material for bass and trout fishing, and it handles knots and connections well. It’s stiff enough to hold shape but not so rigid that it’s hard to work with. ❗ A Little Stiff with Some Memory – Like many fluorocarbon lines, it does have some memory, especially in the heavier pound tests. This Vanish Fluorocarbon Fishing Line is very strong and reliable. Although it’s a bit expensive for a shorter length, it’s overall a great product that performs as expected.

Product exceeded my expectations. It is easy to tie, survived a bluefish blitz today with over 30 fish caught (50# product). Have caught some striped bass with it and a fluke as well with it being the leader material so it Seems to be hard to see in the water vs braid or wire leader :). Will deff buy again!

Wanted a small spool size for my waist pack and this works. Makes the line coil more but you can straighten it out.

Someone told me to try some of their Berkley Vanish fluorocarbon line when i was down in the South five years ago, and I have never looked back. I use this brand for all my leaders. Be careful of off brands and knock-offs. They don't seem to last as long as Berkley. I've caught everything from Drum, to Sea Trout, to smaller Sharks using this fishing line. As the name implies, most fish cannot see this fluorocarbon line under water. Its truly a cheat code for fishing! You only need 2-5 feet depending on where you fish. It can be pricey! Don't spool a whole reel with it because that could get really expensive.

This fluorocarbon line is great for leader line. It's a little more stealthy than regular monofilament. I was fishing in the gulf next to another guy - literally 5 feet apart. Both of us were using popping corks with live shrimp when the speckled trout started hitting. I caught twice as many fish when everything else was the same including drifting across the exact same spots. He copied the length of my leader, he put on the same size hook, tied up the cork the same way, but he wasn't using fluorocarbon. There are cheaper options, but I'm sold on Vanish.
