I have used running armbands for about 4 years. I run twice a week but 10k so 1 hour at a time. I have more recently joined a gym so use for dreadmill, indoor bike, rowing and weights. I have found the adjustable strap is excellent. Holds the phone in place perfectly. The side zip pocket has huge storage big enough to fit my car remote key fob, house key, parkrun barcode, wireless ear buds... and couple of coins for change (see pic 4 and 5) It has a hidden pocket at the back for credit or debit cards which are flat. I find the touchscreen responsive... I have written this entire review with my phone in the holder to prove the point! Also my phone currently has broken screen protector.
