Torrent Concealed Dual Flush WC Toilet Cistern Back to Wall+ Button

I’m a plumber of 43 years experience & in my opinion, the Torrent is the best concealed cistern I’ve installed.Easy to instal, provides excellent flush, good dual flush button. Very reliable, with good longevity (I’ve only replace one in 10 years of using these cisterns.

A compact cistern that fits well in the compact furniture used in our ensuite. The unit is fully assembled and high quality. The 2 stage push button is also good quality. The bottom entry connection for the water supply is again perfect for my installation.In all an excellent product.

All good, delivered on time and in good order. Flush pipe cutting to right length is a scary... a half guess operation. Could do with a plastic rim for the pipe seal feels very flimsy, but worked. The flush pipe must be supported as instructed as could easily come misaligned and then leak. Just a lot of care required when fitting. But all good, would buy again.

Needed to replace constantly dripping cistern in an enclosed unit. I was worried it would not come out easily but surprisingly simple to replace & great price!

Shame its easier to buy the whole thing rather than individual parts which can be fiddly .Other than that- does the job!

I had to buy this because the origin cistern failed. It looked like it was an accident waiting to happen.Couldn't get a plumber either!The one purchased, looked great, easy to follow instructions on fitting, compatible price to other units, looked very good and well constructed.The tubing to the button was also easy to secure.Many thanks

Overall a good quality item and straightforward to install yet the quality control must have been ignored as the assembly of the unit was poor as the rubber seal for the water intake was incorrectly seated so it leaked once filled with water, so I had to strip the unit down to correctly seat the rubber seal on intake fitting.

Simple straight swap for my old cistern.
