My French Bulldogs literally go nuts when they see one of these Yak bones! They are obsessed to say the least and a last quite a while. They don't have a nasty smell that some bones do after a dog chews them. When they get really small we put them on a paper plate and put them in the microwave for 30 seconds and they turn into almost a yak puffball that is crunchy. That way we don't have to worry about them choking on a tiny piece. Definitely worth the price, I'm sure your dog will love them!

My dogs love yak chews. Cheese flavor is their favorite. These are hard ones, so they last a week each typically. I'm always trying different brands to find the longest lasting that they constantly go back too. These do crumble a bit when being chewed on, but not bad. Easy clean up. Kudos to the makers of something that doesn't only take 3 minutes to eat! They do not smell. Always easy on the tummy

With 3 bulldog chewers they last longer than any ofther item I have found. If I don't take them away at night they would chew you awake. Made with 4 natural products that are good for your dog! Price is high but these are the real think and not knock offs from other countries. These are made in Tibet in the proper way for hardness. Great for agressive chewers, good for teeth. My new favorite chew for the dogs. Update: 6/2023 dogs love them can't live without them keep teeth clean and they each get their own. I keep buying them over and over. What you think is a high price is really worth it in the long time we spend with our dogs. 2 French Bulldogs give a give 5 star rating, UPS just delivered on time! Another delivery today 5/24/2024 they knew that was their package. There is one draw back to this item: If your a clean freak like me the chews will leave flakes and little clean up. I know how to run the vacuum. Won't stop purching, good for DOGS. Update: 2/25/2025 still love them the only changes is we have to monitor how long they use. Can not leave out 24/7 with my two Frenchies. Down side: Flacks from the product are everywhere and will stick to anything, lots of vacuum and cleaning.

If you ask my bubby, these are the best treat since peanut butter. He would trade me for one. I have a mini-daucshand. They have approximately the same chewing power as a pittie. Yet, he actually gets worn out chewing these. Along with that, they are nonstaining and don't have and discernible scent. They leave his teeth clean and his breathe bareable. I highly recommend them for your buddy.

Good Stuff

I bought the Large 1 pound bag (5 chews in a bag), and they arrived in perfect shape, nothing chipped of broken. Both our doggos (Lab and Amstaff) loved these yak bones. They are heavy duty chewers, and managed to consume two of each bones in one evening so, as far as "lasting power", I guess they just really enjoyed these chews. I have nuked the small leftovers for 40 seconds, and they turned into cheese "cookies", and the dogs were happy to eat those, too. I have previously bough these at my local Homes Alive, and the price point was, and still is, comparable to the one offered on Amazon. My Amazon purchase was largely influenced by the excellent reviews of the product and this seller, and I have no regrets whatsoever - these chews are high quality, nice, clean treat, with no unnecessary ingredients, and were a huge hit with my furry kids. I have 2 videos of "proof" of voracious chewing but was only allowed to attach one.

I own a Bugg (Boston Terrier/Pug) who has a mouth like a pitbull. He chews everything so fast - normal chews, toys, rope toys, etc. and have to be replaced more often than I like. This chew he absolutely loves. And it takes him days to go through it. He chews when he wants or feels the need, then leaves it alone for a while (half a day to a couple of days). I love it and know it is safe. It does not splinter, chunk or smell. Also no stains! When it gets to about an inch to an inch and a half I throw it out. As you should do with all chewable toys. They can become a choking hazard. This is coming from experience with a different Bugg I had and a $1600 bill to have it removed from his upper intestine. So remember to chuck it if you think it could become a choking hazard. But these bones are so worth it. I Highly recommend them.

I have a dog who's an aggressive chewer and these are great for him; they last the longest of all chews I've ever bought. The only real issue I see with them is that when the dog chews on it, it leaves tiny little flakes ALL over where ever he's chewing it. I vacuumed the carpet an hour ago.

It's not going to last forever. let's start with that. I have a corgi/colli mix and he is a heavy chewer. we bought one of these from the pet store for approx 20$ for one. so the value is much more cost effective with this bag. additionally we were told first that it should take a week to get through (it took a day), and if he needs it softer to put it in the microwave (for everyone that says it splinters try this out). honestly I don't find it spliters, it softenes as they chew, and keeps them busy for a long while especially if you put it in the freezer. I would highly recommend this, as it's natural and digests easily; rather than rawhide or nylon.
