Very soft. High quality.
Very thick and plush. Just received it and it looks and feels fantastic. Excellent quality. If I have any issues with it, I will add an update.Jan 1, 2016 update:Haven't slept this comfortably in years. Not exaggerating at all. Slept all through the night. Cool as a cucumber. Wish I bought this mattress topper years ago. Four long years ... wow.Had no idea the mattress (foam) was holding in all of the heat. I would wake up all through the night in a sweat. Was on the couch or used my recliner about 90% of the time. Right now, I'm laying on a cool, soft cloud. Wow. This is a Godsend.Jan 2018 update: Still can't believe the difference this topper makes. If you sleep hot, putting this on made a world of difference for me. Foam mattresses retain heat. I put this on and have not had any heat issues since.

End to sleeplessness
After returning from work trips, the difference in sleep seemed noticeable. While pricey, this is well worth it. Both my pillows, and the bed topper have been fantastic. Also getting on and off the bed no longer makes any noise so there appears to be a true good foam.

Major disappointment
Terrible quality to have Marriott name.Edges will inevitably rip as they are extremely thin. Was comfortable for the first week before it ripped right in the middle. The return process was a huge pain as it came in very cheap packaging so I'd have to replace the entire packaging and re-box in order to get something of, hopefully, better quality.Definitely not what I'd expect (or what I receive at various Marriott hotels) for the price point.

Doesn't live up to the name or the price
I'm not sure what all the rave reviews are about. This is a mattress cover and an over-priced one at that. It won't magically transform an uncomfortable bed into a hotel quality sleeping experience. It's a nice quality mattress cover, and it does offer a small amount of padding, but I'm sure there are similar quality mattress covers for half the price. I will probably return mine and try to find a less expensive pad and a good quality topper for my medium/firm mattress.

Good quality, fits mattress well and comfortable
Nice quality, arrived quickly. I ordered the King size and it fit the mattress well. I'm still not sleeping through the night (not the fault of this mattress cover) but at least I'm comfortable when I do wake up.

Twin fits short on XL twin
Nice thick padding, good quality. I bought the twin size but my bed is an XL twin 80” long and this reg twin is a bit short and snug. I am trying it out to see if it holds in place. I’m afraid it will ride up 😔.Don’t know why this brand does not come in an XL twin since there are lots of adjustable beds on market now. I will post update in a few days.👍🏻
