I will update it as I go along.I bought this because I have enlarged pores and congested pores that make bumps on the surface of my face. I was from New Mexico and west Texas, so I baked in the sun for 30 years. Now, I live in the Deep South and that's just a sweaty, grimy proposition. I used to have a peel every year and that really helped, but as I've aged, I guess I have somewhat given up. I also have blackheads and rosaciac acne breakouts around my nose periodically. The blackheads, I extract all the time. I also have sensitive skin!? Although I have seen great improvement with the regular use of my Clarisonic, I was just ready to check in to my dermo for a complete laser treatment when I saw Rejuvaderm.I just snapped it up really not expecting anything, and very cynical about all beauty treatments. I got it and was immediately impressed by the packaging, the lightness and compactness of the machine and the very nice instructional booklet. Before using, I watched a Utube video of a woman demonstrating the use of this machine. I tried it on my arm first so that I could gauge the feel. Then, I hit my pores and blackheads. I started on the 2nd of 4 speeds...There was hardly any learning curve. Think of this as a tiny vacuum. It sucks your skin up so that the diamond head can make contact with your skin's surface. The instructional booklet has a "map" of where and how your sweeps should go, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy-peasy.There is a tiny bit of redness where you pass over with the diamond head, but with a good moisturizer and a good night's sleep, it disappears. After the first use, my blackheads almost jumped off my nose!!! I'm not kidding...when I did my nightly reconnaissance, the few blackheads I had were completely exposed and just slid out so easily without any squeezing and redness!!! Just for that, I give this machine 5 stars. I guess it sanded the dead skin off that encapsulated the blackheads.I have used it 3 times, now. It runs fine, and is very, very quiet and my skin is smoother, my blackheads are going away and my enlarged and congested pores are smoother and flatter. I love the thought that I'm sanding them down!!! I faithfully replace my filter every time and have bought an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner for my diamond tip. I now want the two extra diamond tips, the one for small areas and the one for large areas. If this continues to go as well as it has been going, I will make that investment. The only downfall of the manual is that I could not find how to take the tips off for cleaning, changing and replacing filters....you just pull them off, gently.This machine comes with 2 extra heads, one for blackhead vacuuming and one that pushes your serums etc. into your skin. I have not even delved into those, yet. Can't wait!So far, I am LOVING this machine and hope it's going to be around and not just a fly-by-night company. I would just hate for parts and service to not be available. ### ⭐ Bad quality! Second broken one *by A***R on April 23, 2025* This is the second product that I’ve bought from this company that does not work. The first one was a bigger version of this that I bought from Ipsy and shortly after would not Sheree anymore so I bought this one and again it instantly would not charge. Try to return they tried to charge me to pay for the shipping to return to china. Quality sucks it stops working. Spend money on something better that won’t break. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Give it a try! *by M***. on March 18, 2015* I have to say that I am EXTREMELY skeptical about buying products that know nothing about. In reading the other testimonials and reviews, I wasn't completely sure that I would be happy with purchasing a product like the Rejuvaderm MD, but....I have to say, that I have only had mine a week; and have only used it 3 times, and I love it! I have horrible acne scarring and decades of sun damage on my chest and neck. I am not 100% certain that this product will bring my skin back to what it used to look like when I was 20, but with this being the very first time I have tried microdermabrasion, I don't really know. What I do know is, that this product is super easy to use, is not uncomfortable, and seems to be working (or at least doing what it is supposed to). My advice (as a novice) is to follow the directions! Use the lowest setting first to become comfortable with using the product, then bump up the power as you see fit. As damaged as my skin is, I figured that the worst that could happen is that it would stay damaged. So far, I'm pretty impressed. The Rejuvaderm MD is sloughing off the dead skin cells, and I think given some time, my skin will look better than it has in years. I haven't tried the Stem Cell Serum, and may not, but I do use coconut oil as a moisturizer, and after each treatment, my skin soaks it up better than it did prior to doing any treatments. I hope my review helps others who may not be sure about trying this product.
