I have used rescue remedy before, but wanted to try the white chestnut since it is for repetitive thoughts. This stuff is amazing!!! It really does help!!! I take 2 drops under my tongue as needed when my brain starts racing and I feel a difference in about 10 minutes. I have anxiety and the racing thoughts were absolutely horrible!! It is amazing how these drops make such a difference! My days are calmer and I no longer feel that gnawing in my stomach from anxiety and racing thoughts. Highly recommended!
