NEOGEN RODENTICIDE 40-Pack Havoc Mouse and Rat Killer, 50gm

I have a fairly new house, with an encapsulated crawl space, so I honestly wasn't expecting to have critters so soon. However, I did, & I wanted to be aggressive in resolving the issue. I immediately called a pest control company, who was more than willing to come out, but highly recommended I give this a try. I spread it out throughout the crawl space & had great results within 48hrs. The best part, no smell! If needed, I will purchase again, & definitely recommend it to others!

The safety data sheet from Neogen, makers of Havoc Rodenticide, express caution when using this product. It warns asthmatics to NOT USE this product, as it will cause asthma-like symptoms in those who are susceptible. Learned this the hard way! : ( This warning needs to be stated clearly on Amazon’s site, by the way.Otherwise, the product works great. Did not see a mouse anywhere Havoc was laid!

After returning from a long vacation I noticed huge droppings. I have tried multiple brands of bate , poison, traps, clue traps, professional bate that they said would work. NOTHING WORKED! They started multiplying and eating through walls in apartment complex. 5 months of Huge rats eating everything. Disinfecting, etc. In a 4 plex i read the reviews and hoped it would do what it said.ABSOLUTELY 💯 AMAZING results. 👏 I puts some in the holes they ate trough the walls. And in the empty space between apartments. 2 says. We noticed less activity. All the tenants discussed daily rat activity and lack of sleep lol.Well 4 Days later no activity!!! Nothing.. no droppings and its nice to sleep 😴 again. These were huge rats. I live on border Town of Mexico and there was and infestation of these disgusting things.I wish I would have found this earlier it would have saved me hundreds of dollars I spent on other poison not to mention so many wall repairs in the 4 apartments.DO NOT hesitate to buy.. you will NOT regret it.Thank you !!

This works very well and super fast. This does however kills so fast that they bleed out as they die and had messes even though this is not what I read in the reviews.

Bought this because we were having problems with mice in the garage. Put the packages out they ate the bait and haven’t seen them again. But the killer part, pardon my pun was we put some of the bait outside under the deck and by the fence. Today my husband moved the board by the deck and there were two dead rats. And these puppies were big. I am deadly afraid of them so I was freaked out. But they ate the bait too. All I can say is this does work we have used it in the past. What happens is they eat the bait then they dehydrate and just die. Gross I know but no smell. Well that’s my story. Hope it might help you.
