Well made with sturdy material. The glitter is 'matted' well, does not come off easy. The elastic is a little loose but still stays on my head. The elastic is not adjustable but I tied a knot in it so it fit well

This is the perfect mask for Mardi Theme, this fits my 7 yo son prefect, not too much glitter fell off, the mask fits prefect, not too tight around the head. He really enjoyed it
