can you drop from this bottle or is it pour only?

It has a "snap open" lid with a small hole so you may drop one at a time. You can also pour. ( I think if you "peel" up the plastic hole thing, kinda like when you have your sprices with the holes to shake, but you can peel off the plastic and use a measuring spoon.) I hope that helps.
