ORASANT Super Silent Cup Turner with Exchangeable Drying Wand, Bamboo Made Classic& Professional Tumbler Turner Machine

I love how well made this product is! I’ve been busy at work creating beautiful tumblers and water bottles for my friends and family since receiving my turner. I will say that I noticed the screw that holds the wooden rod that spins began getting hot after spinning for two hours. However, I really do not have much to complain about it runs smoothly and quietly. This is a great product for those just starting out making cups because you get a great quality product for a decent price. Now I just have to see how long it lasts me!

I want to like it, but the motor is getting stuck. It’s impractical to use since it will likely result in an uneven coat of epoxy unless I baby sit it to keep the cup spinning. this is my first time using it because I was displaced with COVID-19, so I can’t even request an exchange. Edit: (as of Aug 15th) the customer service with this company is phenomenal! Although my original purchase was outside of the return window (more than 2 months after the original purchase date), the seller acknowledged I received a defective item and sent a replacement free of charge. The replacement device did not have the motor issues and the arms are interchangeable as specified in the description. I love it so much I am awaiting 2 additional turners right now. I am certain they will also exceed expectations! I wanted multiple turners and drying stations, so this item made it possible on a budget. Most Etsy listings for a similar product cost $200+. I have a simple solution for less than $100! 😍

Love this Turner! As a beginner I didn’t want to spend a ton, after I got this Turner I decided I needed another! You cannot go wrong with this Turner! It does turn pretty quick in the beginning but you get used to it and it works so well! Only problem I’ve had is I lost the little screw thing to screw an arm on the Turner so I’m having to improvise with a bread tie as I can’t find that type of screw anywhere. They are awesome!!! Go buy!!!

Overall this is a great turner for the money. However, one of my two started making odd noises and then started turning the opposite direction spontaneously. Turned it off for a minute and it resumed turning correctly. But now likes to occasionally turn the wrong way and makes a fair amount of noise. But, still a great little machine. Thinking of buying my third. Buyers note: it doesn't have an option to change rotation so this was a fluke. Also, you can't remove the wand that's turning, so if you need to rotate a cop for alcohol ink or just want it to rest after turning for a few hours, you'll have to Jerry rig the foam like I did. I glued popsicle sticks to either side of the foam to use as handles to get the cups off. Worked great. Also, only comes with wider foam for large mouth tumblers. You'll want to purchase or create something to hold skinny tumblers, etc.

This is the second one I've purchased of this exact turner. I love that it arrived just ready to use. Plug it up, put the foam on and go! It's not noisy at all. The other one I've had about a month and it's almost always turning. In comparison, the one I purchased at the same time as my first one of this turner is junk. I got it from my local hobby store and it cost me 10 more dollars and I've had to repair it, it's noisy, it sporadically stops all together. This orasant turner is reliable, easy to use, and seems to hold up well. I do wish I could get it to change directions.

Bought this as my first ever cup turner & thought it was a great purchase. It's very sturdy and comes assembled (aside from the drying stick). It's super quiet and spins the cups at a good speed. Also comes with 2 huge foam things to insert into your cups. I'll be updating my review after a couple months of use. Definitely recommend it though!

The foam is too soft and shreds very easily. The spinner itself is great, however the accessories are not. It comes with 2 foam things, both of which have already fallen apart after just a few uses. I don't really understand why the 2 dowels are not interchangeable. It would've been so much better if the dowel that your newly spun cup was on, could just be pulled out and be placed into the drying stand. Instead, you're expected to pull your sticky cup off of the spinning dowel and then placed onto the drying dowel. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a drying stand if you have to touch your wet/ sticky cup in order to put it there. Overall, I love the sturdiness, speed, and quietness of this spinner, but the foam needs to be better and the dowels need to be interchangeable. Oh, also the spinner doesn't change directions like my others do.

I've been working with cups for years and am skeptical of all the cup turners, this time I'm glad I‘ve found one I’m happy to recommend! It's got 2 foam attachments- one rotatable and one not, I've tried out a couple cups of different weights, and they're all staying level and turning very well. The motor is very quiet. The material and looking is special and good, it gives people a very nice first impression when they come to my shop. Good product, thank you
