Impressively well. Legs are a little long for 5'll, but it'll be a perfect fit for boots when you puttem on in the morning. May need a slight cuff. At 218 they feel slim cut up top, but a good fit type of feel because they got a little elastic hugging action at the ribs. Like previous older models, you got some buttons down the mid-waste to hips. A thick Carhartt Rain Defender hood could fit easily under under your suspenders with a thermal base layer on the legs. Fabric is thinner than my 1990's edition of the bibs, but the size is right (not too big or too small). Overall they run just a touch slim for frame like mine, but certainly better that too huge.

Fit great and are made well stand up to the weather.

This was a gift. Finally he got a chance to wear it. It is true to size and while a little big on him, he is growing and you buy these larger to wear layers. I am not sure how this would fair in really cold temperatures, but for the northern part of the South, it will work.

They were true to size, my son is a big guy and he says they fit perfect!

Great fishing suit for my boys.

I recieved these on a friday, the next day I wore them for the first time. I really like the design pattern, but I was disappointed in the quality. The material that makes up the overalls is fine; however, on the very first hunting trip that I wore these the buckle broke so the overalls were loose all morning. I'm a fan of mossy oak and their products but the low quality buckles on these overalls was very disappointing.

Comfortable and functional. Really nice material, high quality print/pattern and good sizing too. I’m 6’1 with a gut and these in XL fit perfectly. For someone shorter they are rather long on the leg
