This is a quality, consistent, C8 MCT oil. And has been working great for me, especially in keeping me satiated throughout the day. Depending on your dose, it may have a mild laxative effect, butt one that could be desirable. Overall, an excellent mct oil.

This works great and tastes good too. It put me into ketosis in 1 day!

Natural Force C8, 32 oz arrive very well packed. The mfg included am excellent pour spout (with plastic cap). First taste in morning coffee is very excellently neural. Well Done Natural Force- and of course Well done to Amazon for building an extremely product diversified and tight warehousing and distribution delivery system.

Taking this oil first thing in the morning has made all the difference in my mental clarity as well as my energy level. I will take it for the rest of my life. Highly recommend it. Worth every penny.

I like this product, MCT C8 oil. This is the first one I tried where I do feel a difference, more clear headed. I put into my iced coffee and there is no taste. It’s pricey, but it’s 32 oz. This is a big, heavy bottle. I also learned to measure because trying to free pour is giving me too much. I did not get a pour spout. It’s 125 calories per tablespoon. I believe my stomach feels better too. I’m hoping it helps burn more fat on a fasting day. Be careful with the glass bottle. Wipe it down after pouring, or a bit will run down and it’s very hard to hang on. I did not have any leaking or shipping problems, my package was perfect. I would buy again.

Firstly, the "Pros" - The Company's Customer Service gets a 10/10. - I LOVE the OIL itself. It works for both my wife and me. - I like that the Oil is Quality, Organic, 3rd Party certified, in a glass container, packaged to prevent breakage, etc. All this makes the product "pricey", but I don't object to paying a premium for a quality product.Now, the "Cons" (and they are "CONSiderable") (enough so that I may have to consider alternatives if improvements are not forthcoming)--The BOTTLE -AND- SPOUT are not "user-friendly". After having issues with both, I searched the internet for others facing similar issues (and found MANY people complaining about: Leakage, spillage, slippery bottle/hard to handle, etc.). IMHO, there are (at least) TWO major contributors to these issues. Number 1 is that the cap (at least on the bottles that I've received) are not TIGHTENED down enough during production. I did notice that the company changed the way the bottles are sealed by applying a "shrink wrap" over the cap (used to be the 3rd party certification ribbon). However, this only prevents the cap from coming further loosened (twisting) but does not stop a leak from a cap that was not completely tightened to begin with. (i.e. Oil between bottle neck/cap area and plastic "shrink wrap"). This IS an improvement from the earlier design, but (IMHO) the cap TORQUE needs to be increased to compensate for "Crush" of the seal to retain proper tightness.Number 2 (MAJOR issue) - The (small) VENT tube in the POUR SPOUT (when inserted in the bottle neck) protrudes INTO the oil and DOES NOT have any method of preventing the oil from exiting the top of the VENT TUBE during the first few pours. This causes issues with being able to hold onto the bottle as even the smallest amount of oil on the glass bottle makes it slippery. I actually pushed the vent tube UP so that it was not below the top (fill level) of the oil and inserted the stem of a Q-tip in the vent to PREVENT leakage until the fill level went down. IF one is VERY careful and pays close attention to this issue, one can prevent the oil from exiting the VENT TUBE. However, (IMHO) this issue needs to be resolved in a manner that negates it from even being an issue (One way check valve to prevent oil exiting vent tube? etc.)Side note: I also found that the vent tube(s) (on every bottle that I've gotten) have a BLACK residue inside them. I'm not sure, but I fear that this is oil that is used during the manufacture of the VENT tube, and this concerns me also.- My apologies for the length of this review. My hope is that these issues with be investigated and resolved by the company as I DO like the product otherwise and highly recommend the oil itself.

Quality product and great value.

The C8 MCT oil from Natural Force is awesome! It's flavorless and not too thick. I take a couple of tablespoons full and watch my keto strips peg dark purple!
