Is a good heater, nice to hung it outside I used for my balcony, it gives you the necessary heat and at the same time some light. Easy to install and is safe to leave it outside, with the rain it didn't stop working. Good heating aswell

We were having a garden party and really wanted to have some heat under the gazebo. Have to admit, I was a little skeptical of purchasing something like this online, really wanted to go to a store and see it that way, but everywhere was sold out. Order this, arrived in 3 days in perfect time for the party and everyone was delighted, we were able to sit out all night had we wanted, the heat was great! There's also enough ambient light from it that you would be comfortable in the evening too without need additional lighting.

Used the heater twice and then it wouldn’t work. Awful product so please don’t waste your money.

It's big and bulky but easy to hang and works amazingly well.

I was unsure what to expect with this heater - there are lots in the £30-£80 bracket - I went mid-range. "Made in Germany" was reassuring. It seems good and says it's 'halogen'. Reminds me of the ceiling heater in my grandmother's bathroom in the 70s - but that's ok. Good secure chain for hanging and although I wouldn't get it wet, I think it can live outside under the gazebo. My only request to the manufacturers would be a longer lead - it's about 5ft/(1.5m) but double that would be nice, to reach down to the ground. 4 stars for now. Can I upgrade later if it performs well for a month in the British winter..?

Easy to put up in any space gives off a brilliant amount of heat well worth the money

Perfect for the autumn and winter garden. We often stop go to the garden after autumn arrives since it can be a bit chill in the evening, this patio heater can be hang on the parasol easily and provides good heating, best patio equipment investment ever.

I bought one of these and was quite pleased but decided I needed another to offer enough heat over my outdoor table as they don’t pump out very hot heat. The second arrived and was defective out of the box with a separated join on the bigger element and it went pop when I switched it on. Sent it back for a refund and when I tried to order another I saw it had gone up in price by around 20%. I started looking around on Amazon and realised this is just a generic Chinese heater sold by numerous sellers. It’s made by Cixi Hengda Electrical in China. Others were selling this same heater for literally half price - albeit delivery took 4 days instead of one. Therefore I ordered from a different supplier looking at the matching photos and yes, it’s exactly the same down to even the packaging inside the box. And half price which makes the heater an absolute bargain.
