Great supplement

I would say this pill is the size of a baby aspirin, albeit a little thicker. It is very easy to swallow. This supplement is medically necessary for me to take because of other medications I must take. It is a reliable, economical way to get the supplemental coverage I need. I have had no issues with taking this whatsoever.

I really think this is an amazing value for the money. I lack the MTHFR gene so I need to supplement the nonmethylated versions of vitamins for proper absorption. I could feel the difference within a week of starting to take them. First it was improved mood and focus, and I noticed that I started feeling like I needed my antidepressants and antianxiety meds less which is huge. The pills are easy to take, they are super small and don't have a taste or odor to them and I don't have any weird side effects from them. I have felt more energetic and just like my body is much more resistant to getting sick since starting these daily.

Has helped me have more energy

My entire life has been spent in the worry lane of life. Never being able to sleep and always grinding on what if. Well some guy on the internet recommended this and I thought it couldnt hurt for the price. Wow...it took all my worry away and I feel like a new man at 50 years old. Never liked the thought of medication for worry and didnt want to be numbed. This stuff is a life changer!

Excellent product for a smooth ride on productivity although i took a second dose at the 8 hour mark as I dont sit down for work and family committments and have move toward the higher dose for this product line
