The seller gladly wanted to make things right and refunded my money.
It didn't stay fully engaged, had to position it just so to make it charge properly. The seller contacted me offered a replacement, in which I told them I already donated the laptop to a charity. They quickly refunded my money. Very pleasant seller.

Poor quality, doesn't last
Well, this worked for our Chromebook for about a week, then it stopped. it's like it doesn't maintain a connection to the port unless you have it sit in there just right. Then, as soon as you let go of the cord, it won't charge anymore. So, if you have lots of time to sit and hold your Chromebook and keep the cord in the port - this would work just fine. Otherwise, don't buy this charger for your Chromebook. Unfortunately, we can't return it either. So, it's a waste of money.
