Been taking this fish oil for a long time. I like that it is actually the Wild Alaskan Salmon and not the junk fish like you find in some of the other Fish Oil Supplements. It is a little pricier but that is because it is real fish oil and not one filled with the junk fish like so many others out there. When the first ingredient on a fish oil label is anchovies then that is not for me.

We use this daily and take more than what the bottle says because my father has to take 4,000 mg or 4 pills a day to keep his triglycerides where they need to be but sometimes I have to run into The Vitamin Shoppe because it isn’t available immediately. But I switched to these when the doctor increased the amount. I wanted quality and something that would not taste like fish or make you burp nasty fish. So lots of pluses in this particular fish oil.

today i finished 30 pills one bottle. i think it takes months may be 4 to 6 months to omega 3 and many other supplement to show full potential.. of course its a supplement not a painkiller. - i am sleeping better and getting hard time waking up in the morning. - helped a lot with constipation. - i think to see difference for skin nails and hair. in my view we must consume supplement for some months - for best result combine these with vitamin d3 which has k2 in it

Very pleased with this product! I've tried many fish oil supplements but this one is out of this world! Makes me feel amazing with little to no unpleasant side effects. The only teeny tiny issue is sometimes I get fishy burps which is normal with fish oil supplements, but I discovered having peppermint tea eliminates them straight away. A small price to pay to have a happy mind and body.
